Your Role: As a valued member of our Spa Team, you will report directly to the Spa Manager and showcase your enthusiasm for health, healing, and customer satisfaction while delivering expert massages and treatments to our guests. You will have the opportunity to work with premium Lagaia and Waterlily products, along with attractive discounts on these treatments. Our spa operates from 10am to 6pm.
Position Details: We are offering a flexible, ongoing casual position for a Spa Therapist, with shifts available across all seven days of the week.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a spa therapist in a resort or hotel setting.
- A professional qualification such as Cert IV/Diploma in Remedial Massage is essential; a Cert IV/Diploma in Beauty is highly desirable.
- Proficient and confident in administering facial and body treatments.
- Ability to perform various types of massages, handling up to six treatments per day.
- Experience with pregnancy massage and related treatments.
- A calm and nurturing demeanor when engaging with clients.
- Full availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Demonstrated customer service excellence and a successful track record in retail sales.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Willingness to work throughout peak periods.
- Working Holiday Visa holders are encouraged to apply if they can commit for a minimum of six to twelve months.
