About the Role:The Southern NSW Local Health District is seeking a qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
This role requires a professional who can provide person-centered nursing care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and supervise less experienced clinicians.
The ideal candidate will have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse, and demonstrated competencies in knowledge of the complexities and challenges involved in providing nursing care.
- Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written, and verbal means.
- Demonstrated application of evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for and implement individualized person-centered care with a commitment to quality improvement.
