The Role of Customer Service RepresentativeThis critical position plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our growing Home Broadband customer base. As a CSR, you will provide technical guidance and resolution, directly impacting the business's success.
Your key responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding sales, billing, technical support, installation, and provisioning requests.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
- Collaborate with the team to find solutions for technical and maintenance requests.
- Maintain proactive and enthusiastic communication with customers.
- Address customer billing queries by liaising with sales and technical staff.
- Provide an outstanding customer experience through technical expertise and positive interaction.
We seek a highly empathetic and curious individual with previous customer service or client-facing experience. Key qualifications include:
- Able to build and maintain strong internal relationships and professional connections with clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical knowledge and ability to resolve complex issues.
- Able to conduct all customer interactions with professionalism and etiquette.
- Pleasure working in a team environment.
