About the Role
This is a fast-paced and interesting role that offers the opportunity to utilize your experience and contribute positively to the safety and security of all personnel. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing customer service of the highest quality through your proactive, professional, and sound approach. Duties include observing activities associated with asset protection, monitoring CCTV footage and radio communication systems, providing first aid and liaising with Police & Emergency Response Services, reviewing camera footage and writing reports, and conducting foot patrols throughout the premises.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a current NV2 (or pending NV2) Australian Government Security Clearance, a Certificate II in Security Operations and security licence, a current First Aid and CPR certificate, and an open driver's license. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment.
