As an Aesthetic Service Provider, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their vision of confidence INSIDE & OUT by:

• Creating wow-worthy transformations: Deliver results-driven aesthetic services such as laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin needling, cosmetic grade peels, Hydrojelly masks, and Fractional RF.
• Client-Centric Approach: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailor-made solutions that leave them feeling DREAMY and confident.
• Collaborate with a Supportive Team: Work alongside passionate professionals who share your love for all things skin and beauty.

We're looking for someone with:

• Formal qualification in Beauty: i.e. Cert IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy.
• Exceptional Technical Skills: Experience in skin assessments and treatments is highly desirable, though not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you excel in this aspect of the role.
• Commitment to Professionalism: Be punctual, organised, and maintain an impeccable appearance while ensuring discretion in your work.
• Passion for the Beauty Industry: Bring a genuine enthusiasm for skin, beauty, and making others feel amazing.
• Customer Service and Sales Focus: A track record of delivering superior customer service and achieving sales targets.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $50,000-$70,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
