The Role

The Facilities Management Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants by overseeing maintenance schedules, managing work orders, and optimizing resource allocation.

Duties & Responsibilities

Work Order Scheduling:

  • Review and prioritize urgent/reactive work requests in our computerized maintenance management system (MEX)
  • Schedule proactive planned maintenance works in accordance with our annual calendar
  • Publish weekly work schedules to ensure optimal resource utilization, materials, and budget allocation

Planned Maintenance Program:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve high work schedule compliance rates
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, pending, and in progress

Reliability and Stores/Procurement:

  • Analyze repetitive failures to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions
  • Manage procurement processes for non-standard materials and optimize store stock levels

Requirements

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with previous experience in facilities management or a related field. Key skills include:

  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in maintenance management systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
