Strategic Client Partnerships Lead

With Mercer, a global leader in HR consulting, you'll be part of a high-performing sales and client management team serving Australia's leading organizations. As a Strategic Client Partnerships Lead, you'll play a crucial role in managing an established group of enterprise clients, developing key account plans to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities.
This is a hybrid position with a requirement of working at least two days a week in the office. You'll work closely with internal teams to support your portfolio of accounts, leveraging subject matter experts to drive results. Your focus will be on building strong client relationships, driving growth, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
We're looking for someone with:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in HR, agency recruitment, account management, sales, or a combination of these fields
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence
- Experience collaborating in team environments and presenting complex ideas effectively
- Client-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional results
