Healthcare Support Role

This position offers a chance to contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care across Southern Adelaide Local Health Network. You will support multidisciplinary teams, working in a highly experienced interdisciplinary Allied Health environment.

The role involves assisting with patient care, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of clinical areas and equipment. You will also undertake administrative support as required.

• Apply screening assessments, treatments, and standardized assessment tools to initiate changes to treatments under AHP staff direction.\
• Perform duties as an Allied Health Assistant 2, clearly and specifically directed by the supervising AHP, following clearly demarcated work instructions.\
• Undertake pool rescue protocol per divisional procedures in emergency situations.\
• Work flexibly across therapeutic and program-related activities.\
• Support reporting to the Allied Health Manager and AHPs within RAP Allied Health services for provision of assistance with patient care.\
• Undertake administrative tasks as required.\
