Software Quality Assurance Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**: Develop and execute test cases linked to user stories, build and maintain test scripts to automate testing on Android and iOS devices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical design and implementation, as well as developing test scenarios and test cases. Create in-house testing tools and simulators.

**Support and Troubleshooting**: Investigate/troubleshoot site issues and assist developers with problem reproduction steps. Identify, document, track and verify software defects and record them in defect tracking systems. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the team and the organization.

**Experience, Knowledge & Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Passionate, curious individuals who work well in a team and can work independently if needed. Preferred experience includes working with Android and iOS and troubleshooting complex systems that involve software/hardware.

**Education & Eligibility**: A degree/diploma in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent is required. New graduates and individuals starting their careers are welcome. Must be eligible to work in Australia.
