About Us

We are seeking experienced Security Officers to join our team in Roselands.

As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing detailed checks and security patrols up to 10-15km per day.
  • Responding to incidents, resolving them, and reporting on them.
  • Providing exceptional customer service.
  • Attending to various enquiries.
  • Maintaining various reports.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a retail environment.
  • The ability to work a rotating flexible roster, 7 days, 24 hours.
  • Impeccable presentation and communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing outstanding customer service to all clients.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, professional and customer-focused services.
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive can-do attitude.
  • A current NSW Security Licence.
  • A current First Aid certificate (within 3 years).
  • A current CPR certification (within 12 months).
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
