Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, including equipment, utensils, and work area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and uphold quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve coffee-making skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a coffee professional or similar role, with a deep understanding of coffee preparation techniques and a passion for excellence in customer service.
  • Knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and handle pressure efficiently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Coffee certification or relevant training is a plus.
