Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a qualified culinary professional to fill the role of a chef in Sydney. As a fly-in/fly-out chef, you will have the chance to work with a talented team and develop your skills.

The position involves preparing, cooking, and serving meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner for residents and guests. You will provide excellent service when interacting with our staff, residents, and guests, and maintain high standards of food safety.

You will collaborate with the Head Chef to create menu items outside the regular menu cycle, manage expectations of both clients and diners, and work in a high-volume, buffet-style kitchen.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery, a White Card, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You will also need to follow safe food handling procedures, maintain professional standards in a high-pressure kitchen, and pass a pre-employment medical with drug and alcohol screening and national police clearance.
