Job Title: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Glen Iris, VIC. As the largest safety business in Australia, we provide high-quality products and specialist services.

This is a pivotal role where you will coordinate IT support, assist with store rollouts, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure seamless IT operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to helpdesk requests within SLA timeframes, resolving or escalating as necessary.
  • Manage Windows directory updates for user setups, changes, and terminations.
  • Coordinate ICT services for new/refurbished store setups, including POS, data, telephony, and EFTPOS.
  • Repair or replace faulty hardware and resolve software configuration issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records for mobile devices, laptops, desktops, and software licenses.
  • Ensure system and data security are consistently maintained.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support.
  • Technical skills in Freshdesk, Microsoft 365, Windows directory management, and helpdesk experience.
  • Customer-focused, organized, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Preferred: Experience with Pronto and ITIL frameworks.
