The laundry attendant role is a vital part of ensuring exceptional guest experiences at Park Hyatt hotels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and courteous service to guests at all times
  • Count and check Guest Laundry and Dry Cleaning items against completed dockets for accuracy
  • Liaise with external laundry services on procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Maintain linen, employee uniforms, and guest items in good repair through regular washing and maintenance
  • Perform handwashing of delicate or specialty items when necessary, handling them carefully and cleaning properly
  • Allocate uniforms to new employees and inspect them to ensure they are well-maintained
Qualifications
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Able to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
  • Flexible to work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
  • Valid visa to work in Australia
