Job Title: Senior Early Learning Professional
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join our team as a Senior Early Learning Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of early learning specialists to provide high-quality education and care for young children.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of early learning specialists to achieve centre goals and objectives;
- Mentor and develop the skills and knowledge of team members to ensure they have the necessary tools to succeed in their roles;
- Implement and monitor the Goodstart Practice Guide to ensure the highest standards of early learning and care are maintained;
- Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the absence of the Centre Director;
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification;
- Proven experience in leadership and management within the early learning sector;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work effectively in a team environment;
- Familiarity with the Goodstart Practice Guide and commitment to its implementation;
