Leader in Occupational Therapy

This is a senior leadership position covering long service leave. The role requires proactive and supportive leadership, working collaboratively with discipline teams to coordinate occupational therapy services.
- The successful candidate will work in a multidisciplinary framework providing a recovery-focused model of care.
- Key responsibilities include collaboration with discipline leaders across the organization, demonstrating flexibility in resolving complex situations, and providing leadership to ward programs and staff.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in occupational therapy assessment and intervention for individuals with serious mental illness and complex needs, as well as highly developed interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
Requirements:- Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
- Current National criminal history check or willingness to obtain/ Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
