About This Role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Assistant in Nursing. This is an excellent opportunity for those eager to grow in healthcare, with guidance and mentorship to build confidence in managing basic nursing duties.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience and build essential clinical skills while making a meaningful difference in patients' lives. You will support patients from diverse cultural backgrounds and tackle a variety of care challenges.
You will assist with patient care, learning on the job and working closely with experienced Enrolled and Registered Nurses. This is a fantastic entry-level role for those passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care.
To be successful in this role, you will need effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team. A strong commitment to delivering person-centred care is also essential.
