We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sydney Based Senior Associate - Public Liability Expert to join our client, one of NSW's most successful plaintiff firms. Our firm boasts a flourishing and growing practice in personal injury law.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-10 years' experience as a Personal Injury Solicitor, with proven experience in managing public liability cases from start to finish. They will be ambitious, results-driven, and have outstanding communication, time management, and people skills.

Job Description

You will be responsible for reporting to the specialist partner and working closely with the team to manage public liability cases. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing public liability cases from start to finish;
  • Working closely with the team to achieve excellent outcomes for clients;
  • Developing and implementing effective case strategies;
  • Providing exceptional service to clients and communicating effectively with them throughout the process.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 3-10 years' experience as a Personal Injury Solicitor;
  • Proven experience in managing public liability cases from start to finish;
  • Ambition and a desire to advance your career long-term with a reputable plaintiff law firm;
  • Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills;
  • A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
