Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Data Platform Engineering Manager to lead our team in designing, developing, and delivering high-performance data capabilities that drive business insights and decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire development lifecycle from project planning through to deployment, ensuring quality, reusability, and alignment with our data platform strategy.
  • Lead the engineering team in building scalable data pipelines, models, and reusable components using Snowflake and AWS-native tools such as Glue, S3, and Lambda.
  • Translate business and analytical requirements into well-designed data products that meet domain needs and align with our platform strategy.
  • Oversee the design of scalable data models, semantic layers, and data marts to support business insights and customer experience solutions.

Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of experience in Data Engineering, including 3+ years in leadership or senior technical roles.
  • Proven track record of leading Data Engineering or Data Platform teams in complex cloud-native environments.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering scalable data pipelines and reusable data products.
  • Experience in implementing engineering standards, code reviews, and reusable frameworks.
