Job Opportunity:

We are seeking charismatic and cheerful individuals to join us this season at one of our retail stores. Our team is passionate about helping customers turn their houses into homes where they can create wonderful and lasting memories with family and friends.

Job Details:

As a casual helper, you will have the opportunity to be immersed in our fairytale Christmas displays and be inspired by the beautiful décor and decorations as you add something special to our customers' Christmas, and your own.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Help to create an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers by maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the retail team to achieve sales goals and targets.
  • Assist with operational tasks such as unpacking and replenishing stock, and be involved in Visual Merchandising to keep our stores looking their absolute best.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A passion for providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • A love of beautiful homewares and all things Christmas.
  • High positive energy, confidence and a can-do approach to team goals in a fast-paced, busy environment.
  • Great availability to work from 15 December through to 4 January, including weekends and evenings.
