Viatris seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of skilled tradespeople in performing maintenance on plant and equipment. The goal is to ensure optimal operational efficiency, reliability, and safety of the site.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and overseeing the Preventative Maintenance Programme to guarantee reliability and compliance.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out safely, competently, and in line with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Providing technical leadership to the maintenance team, setting expectations, ensuring accountability, and maximising plant efficiency.
  • Collaborating with production and quality teams to deliver efficient service and minimise downtime.
  • Maintaining accurate, compliant GMP documentation and equipment records in alignment with SOPs.
  • Driving plant improvements by managing equipment modifications that enhance safety, efficiency, and performance.
  • Taking a lead role in identifying and resolving hazards; developing engineering-based safety solutions.
  • Promoting a strong safety culture, tracking key safety KPIs, and supporting site-wide initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A trade qualification.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (minimum 4 years).
  • Previous experience leading a team.
  • An electrical licence (preferred).
  • A forklift licence (preferred).
