Job Summary
  • We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in a key role that involves ensuring daily cases are thoroughly investigated and documented.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving payment discrepancies, adjusting and correcting over/under payments, and managing queries and disputes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and experience in finance, payroll, administration, or dispute resolution.
  • They will also have experience in analyzing and reporting on payment data, identifying process improvement initiatives, and driving change.
  • As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the needs of our clients and business leads, and providing timely and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
