Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage scoping, requirements, testing, and implementation end-to-end.
  • Work closely with business to ensure the product backlog is ready, visible, and delivery priorities are understood.
  • Evaluate risks and issues, escalating to relevant stakeholders, and facilitate resolution.
  • Undertake effective risk management, covering overall delivery, feature delivery, vendor management, dependency management, and story card completion.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a technical business analyst or delivery role.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing timely delivery of complex projects with teams across geographical locations.
  • Ability to understand business requirements, technical design, and solution architecture.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on complex back-office processes.
  • Experience with multiple software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
