Programs Lead

The company is expanding its leadership team and now hiring a Programs Lead to oversee delivery of complex engineering programs in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers the opportunity to shape program delivery frameworks, support project managers, and take ownership of major projects. You will lead the project management function, coordinating multiple defence and industrial programs.

The position requires proven experience in project or program management within defence, aerospace, or high-technology sectors. Strong leadership skills with experience guiding multidisciplinary project teams are essential.

  • Provide leadership and direction to project managers, controllers, schedulers, and compliance staff.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor program delivery frameworks and processes.
  • Support project managers in achieving scope, cost, schedule, and quality requirements.

Australian citizenship is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to project managers, controllers, schedulers, and compliance staff.
  • Program Delivery: Develop, implement, and monitor program delivery frameworks and processes.
  • Project Support: Support project managers in achieving scope, cost, schedule, and quality requirements.

Requirements:
