About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Operations Director to lead our manufacturing and warehousing operations across AU/NZ. The successful candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end manufacturing operations, experience leading warehouse teams, and a deep understanding of Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive operational excellence across manufacturing and warehousing facilities.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
  • Foster a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Optimize inventory management and supply chain processes.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape operational strategy and drive growth.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in manufacturing operations and warehouse management.
  • Deep understanding of Lean methodologies and Continuous Improvement principles.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on optimizing operations and developing high-performing teams.
  • Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems like NetSuite.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, with a hands-on approach.
  • Passion for driving positive change and making a significant impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and implement solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and thrive in a dynamic setting.
