Warehouse Operator

A key role exists within our warehouse team.

About the Role

This is a Full-time position, based at Tweed Heads, QLD. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and attaining operational efficiency within the warehouse.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide superior customer service for all customers.
  • Assist in the daily activities within the warehouse.
  • Manage stock movements and maintain stock levels.
  • Load trucks with customer orders for distribution and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Unload inbound orders of stock.
  • Serve customers in the warehouse area, loading vehicles with a forklift or manually as required.
  • Ensure documentation, labeling, and product presentation adhere to standards.
  • Perform warehouse operations, including picking orders, inventory counts, and general housekeeping.

Requirements include holding a valid forklift license to perform duties within the warehouse.
