We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team in a rotational role across acute wards, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation.
The Role Overview
- Conduct high-quality physiotherapy assessments and treatments for all patients/clients using evidence-based practices.
- Develop tailored physiotherapy treatment goals and plans for all patients/clients using patient-centered care principles.
- Establish effective working relationships with multidisciplinary colleagues and stakeholders.
- Utilize patient feedback and outcome measures to inform treatment decisions.
You will hold current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Physiotherapist and demonstrate ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment.
