As a Regional Head Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our nursing teams and contributing to the improvement of clinical outcomes and patient care.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical training programs to enhance nurse capability and performance.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to nurses to support their career development.
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans to improve clinical outcomes and patient care.
- Build relationships with industry stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure compliance with the Greencross Standard of Care.
About Your Skills:
- Certificate IV Veterinary Nursing or above.
- Proven experience in clinical training and education.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
