Job Overview
The Maritime Integrated Warfare Systems Branch is a dynamic organisation, which offers a rewarding career in one of the most exciting environments within the industry.
We work across both Acquisition and Sustainment environments to develop and deliver products into new projects and provide update/upgrade products to existing fleets, giving staff exposure to a wide variety of high-profile maritime projects.

Job Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating project management functions across the program to ensure successful delivery. This position reports to the Project Director and manages and coordinates the Project Management Office (PMO), programmatic risks, scheduling, project planning, CDRL management, support to government submissions, multiple interdependent projects, primary point of contact for the PMO and liaison with other internal stakeholders for scope, risk, scheduling, and finance to ensure alignment across multiple projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Mature judgement, professionalism, and high-level interpersonal skills are essential. The ideal candidate will also have enthusiasm, drive, initiative, and willingness to learn, as well as an ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads. Adaptability, resilience, and flexibility in the face of changing priorities are also required, along with good written and verbal communication skills and a good understanding of legislative, policy, and regulatory frameworks.
