Support Professional Role

We are seeking a Support Professional to assist our clients with everyday tasks, enabling them to live independently.

About the Position

This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by providing support and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with household chores and grocery shopping
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments and help with medication management
  • Encourage participation in social activities, such as holidays and community events
  • Foster social inclusion and provide access to community resources
  • Promote healthy living and wellbeing through regular exercise and activities
  • Develop skills for independent living
  • Implement strategies to manage challenging behaviors
  • Provide personal care and support
Requirements
  • Hold a valid Blue Card for working with children
  • Have NDIS Worker Screening clearance
  • Be a licensed driver with comprehensive insurance and own a vehicle
  • Complete required training modules, including NDIS E-Learning
  • Have a smartphone with internet access
