Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced professional and clinical leadership in the delivery and coordination of professional, safe, and quality patient and family-centered nursing care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care at an advanced level within a complex haemodialysis/renal environment specialty.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement evidence-based nursing practices and protocols.
