
Intensive Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Critical Care Nurse to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of Australian College of Intensive Care Nurses (ACCCN) Standards of Practice for Specialist Critical Care Nurses and be able to demonstrate an excellent level of knowledge and skills relevant to the Critical Care environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to make a real difference in the lives of patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in consultation with the healthcare team, patient, and carers.
- Assess patient needs and provide appropriate health education and support.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with current evidence-based practice and professional standards to deliver exceptional care.
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience working in Critical Care environments.
- Knowledge of ACCCN Standards of Practice for Specialist Critical Care Nurses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
