**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Zeus Street Greek. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store and kitchen, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Oversee Store Operations**: Manage the day-to-day operations of the store and kitchen, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- **Food Quality and Safety**: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, and that all food safety regulations are met.
- **Team Management**: Supervise and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and materials to meet customer demand.
- **Financial Management**: Manage the financial aspects of the store, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback, and ensuring that all customers have a positive experience.
**Requirements**
- **Experience**: 2 years minimum experience in a restaurant or kitchen management role.
- **Leadership**: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
