As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality patient care and support
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Conducting assessments and triage
- Providing education and training to patients and families
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in mental health case management and triage
- Competency in completing ECGs and providing intramuscular injections
- Knowledge of CHIMA database and ie MR systems
