Job Summary

Be part of a dynamic team as a Game Services Associate. This full-time opportunity involves delivering exceptional customer experiences, operating gaming machines, and ensuring a clean and safe environment for members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to members and guests.
  • Operate gaming machines, including resetting and payout jackpot wins.
  • Deliver drinks and prepare beverages for customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the work station, equipment, and amenities.
  • Operate tills, handle cash, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with member and guest enquiries and provide general support.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Certified in RSA and RCG.
  • Availability to work Friday nights, weekends, and reasonable hours Monday to Thursday.
  • Ability to undergo due diligence checks as part of recruitment.
