About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of assigned projects at Melbourne Airport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management and coordination of capital projects across various business units and program groups.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in assigned capital projects, ensuring effective communication and progress updates.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and cross-functional support.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring adherence to Business Unit business plans and commercial agreement targets.
  • Prepare high-quality investment committee and Board submissions within set timelines.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, with extensive experience in planning, development, and delivery of projects in the Built Environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing capital projects through all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulations and legislation.
  • Excellent financial acumen, including the development of business cases and financial appraisals.
  • Able to produce results within given timeframes and demonstrate high levels of motivation and drive.
  • Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
