Helpdesk Supervisor Coordinator

As a key member of our team, the Helpdesk & Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for supervising and coordinating service desk operations. In this challenging role, you will analyze, supervise, and perform service desk operations with technicians on behalf of clients across Australia.
Key Job Functions:
1. Manage service requests, collaborate with internal and external teams to meet business objectives.
2. Deliver IT services through effective scheduling and timesheet management for a team of technicians.
3. Supervise service operations, prioritize tasks, and interact with customers and account managers effectively.
4. Implement process improvements and maintain quality standards in service delivery.
Essential Qualifications:
1. Proficient communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
2. Essential experience working in an IT Support environment with solid knowledge of service management principles.
3. Desirable: Project Management certification, experience working for a Managed Service Provider, or ConnectWise expertise.
