Job Overview

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining essential system operations and contributing to the broader IT mission. They will be responsible for providing system administration and support across key capability domains, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and assisting with system maintenance and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration: Provide system administration and support across key capability domains, ensuring effective system management and support.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including project managers, architects, cybersecurity teams, and testers, to achieve common goals.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Assist with system maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
  • Security and Performance Standards: Follow established procedures to maintain system security and performance standards, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in system administration and support in complex environments, with a strong understanding of high-security systems.
  • Collaborative Skills: Strong collaborative skills, with experience working alongside technical teams, project managers, and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and support high-security system requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Clearance: Positive Vetting (PV) or Top Secret Privileged Access (TS-PA) clearance is required, due to the nature of this environment.
