Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Transport Coordinator to join our team. This role will contribute to the profitability, growth and continuous improvement of our Transport network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Transport data analysis and reporting">
  • Invoice verification, allocation, and payment">
  • Coordination of transport claims and processing credits">
  • Freight rate card management">
  • Fuel surcharge calculation and distribution">
  • Coordinating DC/Store delivery schedules during modified and promotional periods">
  • Coordination of transport requirements for new store openings and store property works">
  • Reporting of delivery on time (DOT) performance from transport carriers">
  • Daily management of transport management system">
  • Liaising with internal and external members to support and resolve coordinate issue resolution">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Minimum 2 years' work experience in Transport, Logistics or Supply Chain">
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel">
  • Exposure to cost analysis and basic invoice processing">
  • Exposure to using and operating a Transport Management System">
  • Ideally degree qualified in Logistics/Transport or similar discipline">
