Water Industry Crewmember

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Water Industry Crewmember to join our team in overseeing daily operations and maintenance activities for water supply and sewerage systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Work in a team to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to water supply and sewerage systems.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry standards and technologies.
Requirements:
- Preferred experience in the operation, maintenance, minor replacement, renewal, and extension of water supply and sewerage systems or similar civil works infrastructure.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations is a plus.
- Plumbing experience is preferred but not essential.
- Availability to participate in after-hours work rosters, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.
- A current driver's license is required to operate vehicles and equipment safely.
- A General Construction Induction Card (White Card) is essential for working on construction sites.
- A record of immunizations (Hep A/B and Tetanus) will be required.
