Quality Assurance Analyst

We're seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to participate in the monitoring and control of our lending activities. As a key member of our Operational Risk and Assurance team, you will work closely with our Compliance and Operational teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report suspicious transactions to AUSTRAC
  • Perform quality assessments of lending transactions to ensure compliance with guidelines
  • Identify upskilling opportunities for operational teams
  • Foster a culture that promotes risk discussion and protection

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years lending experience
  • Experience in credit underwriting process and compliance requirements
  • Monitoring controls (preferably residential lending)
  • High-level attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
