About Us

We are a leading distributor of flat-packed furniture, shipping directly to customers across Australia. Our warehouse is conveniently located in Melbourne, within walking distance of the city centre.

What You'll Do

  • Support our daily warehouse operations, including preparing and dispatching orders efficiently
  • Use manual handling equipment such as trolleys to move heavy cartons onto pallets for dispatch
  • Label and organize outgoing orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery
  • Safely handle and move boxes and furniture items in the warehouse
  • Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus but not essential
  • Learn our extensive product range in detail, including assembly and troubleshooting
  • Resolve customer concerns such as damaged orders, missing parts, and assembly difficulties
  • Work with the operations team to find quick and effective solutions to customer issues
  • Assist the team with other general operations tasks as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good written communication and customer service skills
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift safely
  • Reliability, punctuality, and strong teamwork
  • Forklift experience is an advantage
