We are seeking a passionate and visionary Product Owner to join our client's team in a newly created role.

This is an exciting opportunity to create structure, establish the product roadmap, and maintain the product backlog from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape and Drive Product Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy based on deep insights gathered from stakeholder conversations.

  • Ensure Features and User Stories Meet Acceptance Criteria: And exceed stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead Product Discovery and Innovation: Conduct user research, data analysis, and customer interviews to gather insights and inform product decisions.
  • Develop a Dynamic Feature Roadmap: That adapts to new and evolving product requirements.
  • Establish Effective Communication Channels: To keep all stakeholders informed of product progress and milestones.
  • Leverage Commercial Acumen: To identify and prioritize high-impact revenue opportunities, aligning product decisions with market demand and financial goals.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in designing and delivering product roadmaps, especially in a startup environment.
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic vision with the execution of day-to-day tactical objectives.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, including requirements gathering, backlog management, and risk mitigation.
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
