Senior Manager of Business Line Development

The Senior Manager of Business Line Development is responsible for protecting and growing market share and profitability in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth, aligning with divisional goals and guidelines.
- Hold full P & L and Balance Sheet responsibility for the business line.
- Conduct and maintain updated territory management plans, applying optimal practices to optimize market coverage and sales actions.
- Coach and support teams to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Guide the service organization to develop the aftermarket business, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and manage asset investments related to the business.
- Deliver market leadership in each segment, including capital equipment, drilling consumables, spare parts, and geoscience products.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree or extensive relevant experience in the mineral exploration industry.
- Minimum ten years of experience in the exploration industry in Australia or Internationally.
- Direct sales and product management experience in Australia or Internationally is highly valued.
- Solid technical knowledge of the product offering.
- Proficiency in MS Office and advanced communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and lead change through a large organization.
- Demonstrate excellence in strategy development and execution.
- Must be available to travel at least 50% of the time.
