We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at Empire Group. As a key member of our property law team, you will be responsible for managing residential conveyancing files from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Dealing with clients and providing exceptional customer service
- Reviewing contracts and ensuring all necessary documentation is in place
- Following up on outstanding conditions and ensuring timely completion of files
- Conducting searches and preparing settlement statements
- Liaising with solicitors, borrowers, and clients to ensure smooth file management
- Booking PEXA settlements and performing general file management duties
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal. You will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
About the CompanyEmpire Group is a well-established law firm with a reputation for excellence. We offer a competitive salary package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 including superannuation. We also offer free parking on site and a supportive team environment.
