The Role

We are seeking a Diploma qualified educator to join our team at Thrive North Gosford (Koolyangarra). As an educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and care to our children. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Delivering high-quality education and care that meets the needs of each child
  • Working collaboratively with the team to create a positive and inclusive environment
  • Maintaining effective communication with parents and carers
  • Actively contributing to the educational program through conversations, observations, and documentation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
  • A current NSW Employee Working With Children's Check
  • Sound and practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS)
