About the RoleWe're seeking volunteers who are passionate about creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and engaging customers, providing excellent customer service.
- Processing transactions through point of sale, including cash and eftpos payments.
- Sorting and pricing donations, creating an attractive shopping experience.
- Designing and creating vibrant displays to attract shoppers.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy shop, adhering to all shop processes.
A typical day in the shop is varied and exciting, with opportunities to meet new people and develop your skills.
