We are seeking a seasoned leader to take charge of a road project in the South East region.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering high-profile infrastructure projects, with a proven track record of managing crews and delivering quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • To lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver a major road project on time and within budget
  • To develop and implement project plans, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
  • To coordinate with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers and government agencies
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing civil projects and crews
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team
  • Hands-on experience with project management software and tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments
