Grounds Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Professional to maintain the high standards of our resort's gardens and grounds.
The successful candidate will have experience in gardening, tree planting and landscaping with a strong attention to detail and solid time management skills. You will be required to work independently and as part of a proactive team with effective communication skills and an understanding of OH&S policies and procedures.
A competitive salary package is on offer including weekend and evening penalties uniform provided subsidised meals while on shift training and development opportunities and free roadside assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the grounds and gardens of the resort
- Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard
- Develop and implement plans to improve the presentation of the resort's grounds
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
