Operational Leadership Role

The position of Practice Manager is a key role within our healthcare organization, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.

This includes managing administrative and clinical support teams, overseeing rostering, HR, recruitment, and performance management, as well as managing finances, including Medicare billing, accounts, and reporting.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Practice Manager will be required to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, accreditation, and policies, while driving continuous improvement in processes, systems, and patient experience.

We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional who is skilled in leadership, communication, and problem-solving, with knowledge of Medicare, billing, and healthcare compliance.
